We have stayed indoor for so long, with so much stress accumulated from Zoom-life, managing household, taking care of friend & family, and trying to keep it together but losing ourselves along the way. ​

Our collective experience of time has been accelerating beyond control. We have become numb to each passing day. Yet, in moments of awareness. we ask ourselves. 

Where has the day/week/month/year gone?” 
“How do I make the best of every moment?”

We have a choice to let go of accumulating feelings of confusion, regrets, or guilt and plant the seed for new creations in a new cycle, a new week, a new beginning.

In this therapeutic sound session, Jasmine will be using the power of vibration from various sound healing instruments to eradicate stress and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. The experience opens the doorway to whole body recalibration and inner wisdom.

Regular sound sessions help develop and strengthen your emotional-mental resilience against stressors from modern-day living. Additional energy healing principles will be applied to further anchor new energy to bring wholeness to your being. From the place of wholeness, you shed the old stories and fully connect and embody all parts of you.

A Sound Immersion relaxes the body & promotes deep meditative and rejuvenating states. While reclining and breathing slowly your body is immersed in a bath of SOUND.

The healing vibrations pass through our bodies, opening blockages, allowing our minds to quiet down. This sound experience functions as a tune-up for the body, where soundscape created by healing instruments will be used to attune your body. Sound has a profound ability to restore and harmonize the body on a cellular level. The resonant tones of the singing bowls calm the overactive mind into alpha and theta brainwave states. These frequencies access the subconscious, bring about deep insight, creativity, and spiritual awareness.

CANDLELIGHT YIN FLOW: Connect Through Stillness

Candlelight Yin Flow is a deep, meditative and profound practice. With longer, more passive holds, the yin style involves surrendering into poses and exploring them for longer periods to let go of tensions stored in the body and to calm the nervous system. This practice helps to target deeper connective tissues especially around the hips, pelvis and lower spine.

Candlelight Yin Yoga is a peaceful way to end your day and get ready for a fresh new week. Using candlelight and sound therapy, this class will help you balance emotions, open the deep connective tissues and quiet your mind.

I attended the Candlelight Yin Flow and Sound Bath with Jasmine and it was a relaxing experience as we closed our eyes and immersed in her relaxing voice as she guided us into the various yin poses which we held for 3 mins. She went around helping us get into the poses with props to make us as comfortable as possible. At the end of the session, she played her singing bowls while we rested in savasana. I felt the 60-minute session was too short though.

 A Hatha-Vinyasa style build on gradual, step by step build approach to learning or developing something. The practise is looking of breath & movement, to product a ‘flow’ of sequence that lead from one pose to the next or one breath to the next.

This class is ideal for beginner looking to build strength & foundation at the same time explore a range of poses & transitions. Get ready to flow, play, and experiment and walk away feeling Strong, Refreshed and Energised.
