Yin & Yang (Mobility + Stretch)

For balancing energy,  flexibility and strength.

Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.

The first half of class ‘Yang’ is dedicated to a more dynamic asana practice with a primary focus on strength, flexibility and energy shifting. The latter half of class ‘Yin’, is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer. It works on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. For a balanced yoga practice, we need both Yang and Yin elements. Be guided through a somatic meditation helping to restore your body and mind.

Wear comfortable clothes to stretch and lay down; mat is provided but you’re welcome to bring your own mat or towel to lay over.
